Our Approach
YinWave’s core offerings are Yin Yoga, Gong Baths, Fascia Release and Yoga Nidra. We honour the Yang balance through selected Soft Hatha classes.

Yin Yoga
SLOW ACTIVE
Yin yoga supports joint health, balance and mobility by inviting long held postures that challenge the mind as much as the body to create inner staying power.
Gong Baths
PASSIVE
Experience the vibrational energy of deep resonant sound waves created live in the studio using hand-hammered orchestral gongs. Each session opens a warm sensation of relaxation and spiritual awareness.
ACTIVE STABILITY
Hatha Yoga is the original practice of postures as they appear in the media - we use these postures to improve balance and concentration to help prevent trips & falls when distracted by the illusions of life

Soft Hatha Yoga
Myofascial Release (MFR)
ACTIVE STABILITY
Actively seek out and release hidden trigger points using therapy balls, specialised breathing & cutting edge techniques. Each session will give you the knowledge to better understand your body and how to maintain it’s freedom to move without pain.
Yoga Nidra
CONSCIOUS AWARENESS
Learn to navigate your awareness as you choose to, not as the voices in your head would have you do. How you see yourself internally, and how you alter this begins to change how you show up externally.
