Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware.
Unlike traditional meditation, you don’t need to concentrate or control your thoughts — you are guided step by step into a state between waking and sleeping, where the nervous system can fully reset.
