These 1:1 online sessions offer a quieter, more personal space to explore that.
A place to slow things down, understand what your body is holding, and begin working with it, not against it.
What this is
This is not therapy.
And it’s not a yoga class.
It’s guided, one-to-one support using:
Yin-based principles
Myofascial release awareness
Breath and nervous system regulation
Simple, practical mindfulness
Together, we look at what’s actually going on in your body and life —
and find a way forward that feels realistic and sustainable.
