Mindfulness & Recovery Guidance (Online)

There are times when a class isn’t quite enough.

When something deeper is asking for attention β€”
persistent tension, overwhelm, disrupted sleep, or recovery from injury.

These 1:1 online sessions offer a quieter, more personal space to explore that.

A place to slow things down, understand what your body is holding,
and begin working with it β€” not against it.

What this is

This is not therapy.
And it’s not a yoga class.

It’s guided, one-to-one support using:

  • Yin-based principles

  • Myofascial release awareness

  • Breath and nervous system regulation

  • Simple, practical mindfulness

Together, we look at what’s actually going on in your body and life β€”
and find a way forward that feels realistic and sustainable.

Who this is for

These sessions are suited to you if:

  • You feel stuck in cycles of tension or stress

  • You’re recovering from injury or physical restriction

  • Classes help, but don’t quite go far enough

  • You want a more personalised, quieter approach

  • You’re navigating change, overload, or burnout

You don’t need experience with yoga or meditation…

What happens

Each session is shaped around you.

We may explore:

  • Where tension is held in the body

  • How your nervous system is currently responding

  • Simple practices you can use immediately

  • A personalised approach to support your recovery

There’s no fixed structure β€” just a steady, guided process.

The outcome

Most people leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of what’s going on

  • A sense of calm and space in the body

  • Practical tools they can actually use

  • A more supportive direction forward
