YinWave is an evolution of AbaYoga in Hamsey Green which now offers a deeper, more therapeutic practice focusing the power of three interwoven relaxation and tension release methodologies to set your mind, body & soul free.

This is the YinWave concept - we use Yin Yoga, Myofacial Release and Gong Baths to rearrange your mental and molecular structure to reconnect with your inner power. It’s always been there, it just needs a way to come out.
