Yin Yoga is the missing link for so many busy lives.

We spend so much time focused on the goals and getting things done but when do we really focus on the moment and how to allow our body the space it needs to recover and even rejuvenate?

Yin Yoga provides a a gentle wave of targeted postures. Each held for enough time to cause the deep fascia and myofascia, (connective tissues which form the protective sheathes of muscles and 3D chains of cross-functional load bearing structures around the body) to rehydrate and reform on release.

Emotional & physical stress in life causes the body to tense up. This tension gets held as stiffness in fascial tissues whcih get “stuck” or “knotty” and overtime restricts movement and harbours pain.

Yin Yoga uses the specific positioning & release for gentle stretches to work into fascia and water down stored tension.

This is why the long-term practice of Yin Yoga creates pain-free movement and extended range of movement in our bodies.
